NATICK MIXED USE PROJECT
 NEW CONSTRUCTION
 

Keenan + Kenny Architects provided design drawings and attended numerous client and city meetings virtually throughout 2020 for a new mixed use building in the historic downtown area of Natick, MA.  The original building was destroyed due to fire and the owner was hoping to replace it with a more substantial building adding a residential component to the site.  K+K provided one, two and four story options throughout the design process, each having advantages and disadvantages.  Due to site constraints, local ordinances and the escalating costs of construction our client is looking at alternatives to developing the site at this time.
