RENOVATIONS

Keenan + Kenny's work on the (3) Mashpee Schools which included documenting and modifying the nurses offices and surrounding areas due to Covid 19 Pandemic requirements sent down by the State of Massachusetts and the School Departments Head Nurse.

Keenan + Kenny also worked on renovating an area of the Mashpee Middle / High School to create a new Nursing Program for the students.  Included in the space are hospital beds, training areas and a simulated ambulance.

​

Finally, K+K worked with the Town and the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board to improve security at the KC Coombs main entrance while saving the town an estimated $45,000 in additional expenses if the existing entry vestibule had to be heavily modified to meet current codes.
