HALLETT BARN
NEW EDUCATION CENTER
FALMOUTH HISTORICAL SOCIETY
The Hallett Barn Addition was completed in the fall of 2012 in Falmouth, Massachusetts. A part of the Falmouth Historical Society's 'Museums on the Green', the Hallett Barn added 2,200 square feet off the back of the existing Hallett Barn, a colonial era building, which was re-constructed in 2000. The fully accessible addition will serve as an Education Center and includes a multi-purpose meeting room to seat up to one sixty persons for lectures, performances, art exhibitions and antique shows. The exterior design of the center places a stage-like deck facing the museum gardens for summer outdoor events.
