BOSTICA CULTIVATION FACILITY
Bostica is be a Marijuana Cultivation Facility operating in Lynn, Massachusetts.
K+K, along with CSI Engineering, LLC., DWD Engineering and a Master Grower, have developed construction documents to convert a portion of an existing industrial building into a fully functional Cultivation facility. The over 58,000 square feet of Cultivation area provides all the necessary spaces to grow and process marijuana into usable products. The remainder of the 118,000 square foot building comprises other businesses with shared spaces.
Valiant -America has completed Phase I of construction in 2023. Project has thus far received a Tier 4 license from the Cannabis Control Commission for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Building is ready for a higher Tier and Phase II will begin in the near future.
