K+K and MassMedicum completed two phases, a portion of the 33,000 square foot space for a cultivation in Holbrook, Massachusetts, a third phase is currently on hold. However, K+K is back helping to renovate a Lab and other spaces in the Holbrook Facility in 2020 and 2021. The facility is retrofitted into an existing industrial building, integrating modular construction with advanced environmental controls. Construction is currently underway and is expected to be completed later this year. This area includes all the spaces required to cultivate plants and process them into usable products.
Construction is expected to be complete in 2021.
In addition to the design of the facilities, K+K has provided assistance with preparing the Architectural Review narrative and drawings required by DPH.

K+K is also providing construction drawings for a new 3500 square foot Registered Marijuana Dispensary for MassMedicum in Taunton, Massachusetts. This project had been on hold but will be re-Permitted and construction will begin in 2021.
