MEDWAY CULTIVATION FACILITY
CommCan DISPENSARIES
K+K, along with CSI Engineering and a Master Grower, provided construction administration for a new Marijuana Cultivation Facility in Medway, Massachusetts. The facility was constructed and partially built-out with a total square footage of approximately 60,000 sf; which will house all the necessary spaces to grow and process medical marijuana into usable products. The first phase of construction was completed in late 2017, and the cultivation facility is operational.
In addition to the design of the facilities, K+K has provided assistance with preparing the Architectural Review narrative and drawings required by the DPH.
