The 400 student elementary school was built in three phases, starting in 1975 and reaching completion in 1999. In 2011, Keenan and Kenny Architects designed, bid, and administered a $1.4 million renovation.
The entire school received new wood shingle wall siding and PVC trim. All windows were replaced with new PVC clad, insulated glass units. Over 75% of both the asphalt shingle and EPDM membrane roofing system were also replaced.
The construction was completed in 10 weeks in the summer of 2011.
In 2015, K+K was approached by the school to design and help construct a series of small interior renovations. Those projects were completed on time and on budget.
