Additions + Renovations to the LLC building, the space was created for the Lawrence Lynch Materials Corporation.

LAWRENCE LYNCH MATERIALS CORP.
After several projects and extensive work on the Lawrence Lynch Material Corporation’s headquarters building next door, this office renovation project provided a modern update to the construction offices and dispatch center in Falmouth, Massachusetts. All new interior finishes were applied to the reconfigured office space and a small addition was added to the dispatch area, making the space a comfortable place to work and efficiently manage construction, equipment, and vehicles.
In 2018 K+K were asked to return and help with the complete renovation to the second floor of the LLC's Falmouth location, a space we were familiar with since we designed it's addition to the building many years earlier. Keeping with the updated modern feel of the first floor the project was completed in 2019.
Also, in 2018-1019 K+K were asked to provide OPM services for LLC on their new Mechanics Building also located on their Falmouth Site.
