THE RESIDENCES AT TRADE WINDS
BUILDINGS "A", "B", "C", AND "D"
This 5-building condominium complex was originally designed by K+K in 2006 - 2007. The units offer views of Lake Elizabeth and the Nantucket Sound, and are built around a central core allowing for maximum privacy and a “neighborhood” feel. Buildings “A”, “B”, and “C” were constructed and occupied between 2007-2010, and Building “D” was finished in the summer of 2014. The one remaining building in the master plan is still pending.
