Design Development Phase - Completed

The Design Development Phase for the Martha’s Vineyard Regional School District’s New Administration Building generated a full set of design development drawings, a design narrative, and a cost estimate for a new approximately 11,400 square foot office building near the existing High School. The new building would be constructed in the footprint of two existing buildings and would include two levels of administrative offices and conference spaces, Public Toilet Rooms adjacent to the Athletic Fields, a Transportation Office, and an unfinished basement level for future growth.

For this project, the pros and cons of traditional framed construction vs. modular construction are being considered.
