ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS - 2004

JOHN F. KENNEDY HYANNIS MUSEUM

FORMER BARNSTABLE TOWN HALL

The former Barnstable Town Hall on Main Street, Hyannis was built in 1921 and had several additions prior to our work in 2004. The project included providing an accessible entrance, restrooms, and a new 3 floor elevator. Exterior improvements were made with new windows and doors, new roofing and flashing, and parapet metal work. The John F. Kennedy Museum occupies the main floor with rental space created at the previously unused lower and second floors. Extensive landscaping enhances the classic architecture.

LOCATION: Hyannis, Massachusetts
