FALMOUTH MUSIC PAVILION (BANDSHELL)
The new Falmouth Music and Arts Pavilion replaces the Bandshell built in the late 1960's. The concrete, galvanized steel and Glu-Lam Alaskan cedar and Douglas fir timber framed pavilion is sized for a full orchestra and is fully accessible. At a cost of approximately $500,000, the completion of the Pavilion capped a ten year effort by the town of Falmouth and was completed on time and on budget in June 2009.
