ERMONT RMD & CULTIVATION FACILITY
Ermont is a Marijuana Dispensary and Cultivation Facility currently operating in Quincy, Massachusetts.
K+K, along with CSI Engineering and a Master Grower, developed construction documents to convert an existing industrial building into a fully functional Cultivation facility with attached Marijuana Dispensary. The nearly 17,500 square feet of Cultivation area provides all the necessary spaces to grow and process medical marijuana into usable products. The Dispensary acts as a storefront where medical marijuana card holders can learn about products and uses from experts before purchasing.
Ermont plans to increase their grow operations on the existing second floor, and K+K has provided new designs to help expand their facilities.
Construction of Phase One was completed during the summer of 2016 and the dispensary opened to the public in October 2016.
